Guieb Café near T-Mobile Arena

Guieb Café is a Hawaiian and Filipino brunch spot on West Desert Inn Road, about a 9-minute drive from T-Mobile Arena. The family opened their first location in Honolulu in 2020 and brought the concept to Las Vegas in March 2025, their first mainland stop.

• Go off-hours or expect up to a 30-minute wait.
• Portions are large for sharing.
• Locals love the adobo fried rice.
• Filipino breakfast on the full menu.
• Free parking on site.

It’s a good pre-fight stop if you’re coming in from the west side before heading to the arena.
